Keeping mobile, flexible and Independent as we get older

Staying Active class is online via Zoom, it is a chair based class with some small equipment. You can take part in the class from the comfort of your own home, with the safety of a chair to help your balance and confidence.
The exercises are designed to strengthen major muscles groups that help you go about your everyday activities. We also work on balance and flexibility, which are very important to keep us upright and able to move freely.
If you feel you would like a face to face class either before you start Staying Active or instead of, I offer a 1-2-1 service coming to you in your home.
