Bus to Worthing

The 106 (from Henfield) runs once a day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, stopping at Upper Beeding Rising Sub at 09.53, and the Steyning clock tower at 10.03 and returning from Worthing pier (stop F) at 13.00.

This very handily allows a couple of hours to do some shopping, have a walk on the prom, and have a bite to eat or a coffee.

This is a Compass Bus service, so before setting out you can check the bus’s progress on the Compass Travel app. Press the bus stop on the map to see the departure times - and also check for any (occasional) cancellations. It leaves Henfield at 09.35, and comes into Steyning via Canons Way with stops at South Ash and Middle Mead.

For all stops, and the full timetable, see https://bustimes.org/services/106-henfield-steyning-worthing, or call 01903 690025.

Might this be a case of ‘use it or lose it’? It is always worth supporting local bus services.
