Just how did ordinary people build cathedrals many centuries ago? They are towering buildings on which even the uppermost parts are delicately decorated. And why and for whom were they built? For God, personal redemption and livelihood are the answers. But the "how" is far more complicated. This lecture explores the role of Master Masons who both designed the buildings and managed construction
